Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We cannot accept returns beyond this timeframe.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable or food-based items

  • Personalised or printed-to-order products

Items returned damaged or incomplete (unless due to a fault on our part) may not be refunded.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please email hello@mindandmoon.com.
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the correct address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless:

  • The item is faulty, or

  • Sent in error by us

We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 calendar days.

If returning due to change of mind and the item was delivered as described:

  • We will refund the item minus the original delivery cost

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us immediately.
We’ll cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
