Cancellation policy

At Mind+Moon, we aim to make every purchase clear, flexible, and fair. This policy explains how we handle order changes, cancellations, and any special purchase formats.

Current Purchase Types

We currently offer:

  • In-stock items: Available for immediate purchase and dispatched within 2–3 working days

  • Occasional pre-order items: Clearly marked with an estimated dispatch window (when applicable)

Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or edit your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at hello@mindandmoon.com

  • We can usually make changes if the order has not yet shipped

  • Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel or amend the order

Pre-Orders (When Offered)

Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis with a future dispatch date clearly stated on the product page.

  • You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund

  • If there are delays, we will keep you informed by email
